At the exclusive Infinitum Resort in the town of Salou, Terrace at Hills is reborn with a new identity. The transformation goes beyond aesthetics—it has been conceived as a warm and welcoming clubhouse, where members can enjoy exceptional cuisine in a relaxed, intimate setting. Inspired by the KM-0 philosophy, Mediterranean gastronomy shapes both the atmosphere and the design. A wood-fired oven is integrated into the dining area, offering the guest a direct view of the cooking process. Oak and white marble counters form the heart of the experience—open, and participative.
Behind the pizza oven, wooden shelf displays fresh ingredients, bringing a human touch to every dish. The original space, with its high ceilings, created a cold and impersonal setting—posed as a key design challenge. This was resolved with suspended lighting fixtures that scaled the space down and created a more intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Acoustic comfort was also carefully considered, resulting in a space where conversation now flows naturally, free of echo or strain.
The result is an intimate dining area, finding a fine balance between culinary transparency and a warm atmosphere designed for pure enjoyment. Lighting and traditional materials bring calmness and emit an emotional connection to the space. Every detail contributes to a complete experience—where guests feel part of the process. The combination of culinary tradition and warm, honest design makes this restaurant a vibrant, down-to-earth space.
The outdoor terrace, with its privileged views over the golf course, has been reorganised into a series of more intimate settings. Furniture is arranged around natural-fibre pergolas and rugs that define different intimate corners, accommodating anything from small gatherings to larger celebrations in a relaxed, familiar environment. The goal was to transform the building’s original aseptic coldness of the building into a setting of comfort and vitality.
Today, Terrace at Hills conveys both warmth and freshness, offering a space where members truly feel at home. A project that turns dining into a fully immersive experience—authentic, approachable, and deeply Mediterranean.
